2 TBS oats.
Dash water and cinnamon.
1 tsp stevia
1 TBS gluten free self-raising flour
Hand full of blueberries
Whipped up in the Nutribullet and pan-fried in organic butter then drizzles with honey!
Simply cut your avocado in half and scoop out some of the insides, enough so you can add the egg then sprinkle with chilli salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for around 20 mins!
Open homemade chicken souvlaki’s
Gluten free wraps with chicken breast cooked in some peri-peri spices and red onion. And then add some cherry tomatoes and lettuce on top. You can add tzatziki as well for more flavor!
👉1 whole broccoli
1 whole grated zucchini and feta
👉 For the mixture I used 8 eggs, half cup coconut oil, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 cup gluten free flour.
I put all of these in the blender then poured over top of the veggies then topped with tomato! Baked on about 180 (fan bake) for 45mins!
👉 2 TBS cacao powder
👉 2 TBS rice malt syrup
👉 1 scoop choc or vanilla natural protein powder
👉 2 tsp tahini
👉 dash of vanilla essence
👉 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
👉 1/4 cup coconut oilBlend all the dry ingredients in the food processor then add the wet ingredients and mix together then roll into balls and refrigerate. Keep them in the fridge!
