It is a pretty amazing feeling to know that you played such a huge part of someone’s weight loss journey. Sarah lost 30kgs in 6 months and won 3 gold medals at her bikini competition that she did at 6 months post baby. Sarah followed my post natal program to help her get her body to the place that it is today!

Here are the before & after photos of the last 6 months since I gave birth to my baby girl last year. The first photo is from when bubs was 10 days old and the 2nd photo was taken when bubs was 6 months old! I put on 30kgs during my pregnancy and have lost 30kgs now thanks to Justine and her FitMum Program. Life is so different to how you think it will be once you are a mum and you can’t explain that to somebody who hasn’t had children, your program was easy and practical to follow on my post-pregnancy journey!

Thank you for helping me achieve my goals, and not only that but claiming 3 x gold medals & 1 x silver in my INBA competition ??? My advice to new mums is to live each day as it comes and to not be too hard on yourself. Don’t put expectations on yourself to be perfect just put one foot in front of the other and just be present in every moment!!!

I look back at my before photos and I see a woman who’s had enough of being afraid, tired, neglected and abused. When my size 26 jeans got tight I knew I had to do something. I was literally killing myself slowly.

I have two little girls and the thought of my not being there for them terrified me. The thought of them ending up like me scared me even more. I’d attempted the program earlier in the year and looking after myself for the first time unlocked a lot of memories for me that I’d hidden away since childhood. This was very unnerving but also empowering because I finally understood why I was punishing myself and why I always turned to food. I had to heal the little girl before I could help the woman I’d become.

Fast forward a few months and I was ready! It was like something switched in me. I was focused, determined and committed to my health. I’m a busy mum of two girls (aged 2 years old and 9 months) neither of whom sleep through the night yet the proper nutrition fuels me every day so that I’m not exhausted as I once was. I train at home with my toddler while the baby naps in the morning. Housework waits until my workout is complete. It’s MY time! 8 weeks have gone along with 23kg of hurt, shame and pain.

This program is the best thing to happen to me. It’s helped me not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I’m a healthy example for my girls, my marriage is stronger than it’s ever been and I’m beginning to love myself! My journey doesn’t end here, this is merely a stepping stone as I work towards getting the body and future I deserve! Thank you Justine for helping me lose 23kgs, you may never truly understand the impact you’ve had on the life of my family!

I’m 4 months postpartum and I’m currently 3 kg away from my pre-pregnancy weight. ???? ????????

Considering I gained 22kg during my pregnancy, I’m thrilled!!! I couldn’t of done it without your fit & healthy mums eating program! Though I haven’t been doing the training (I go to gym 2x/week instead and walk most days) I have been following your eating program on and off (mostly on!). Not only have I lost weight, I feel energized, I’m regular and I never feel hungry. Plus, I love all the meals in your program – and so does hubby – and I find the meals are pretty easy to prepare, which is awesome for us busy mums. I’m going to keep going until I reach my pre-preg weight…will keep you posted!

Before becoming a first time mum i was very active and thoroughly enjoyed exercising, once i had my beautiful baby girl my motivation levels dropped. I was so exhausted but desperately wanted my pre baby body back. I came across the FHM program and bought it straight away with all good intentions to start training immediately but to be honest every time i thought of training i would collapse on the couch instead, i was in need of some serious motivation!

Justine had posted a video on the forum about the offer of a VIP program which would give a lucky few some extra motivation, support and guidance, exactly what i needed of so i quickly posted a comment in hope that Juzzy would pick me and luckily enough she did.

What i got from the VIP program was everything Juzzy promised and so much more. Both Juzzy and her hubby Matt are a force to be reckoned with. Our fortnightly webinars we not only informative but also thought provoking and enlightening. I learnt so much not only in regards to training and nutrition but also about overall mental and emotional well-being. During our one on one catch ups Juzzy would offer the motivation and encouragement to keep going.

Im so thankful that i was chosen to be part of the VIP program because Im 100% back into my training, eating well and emotionally in a much better place. I’m also in all of my pre baby clothes ????

I can honestly say if it wasn’t for this program i would still be on the couch, So a very big thank you to Juzzy and Matt for giving me the motivation i needed to achieve my goals.

I just thought I’d share my success with you Justine as it had been my goal to wear a bikini again for our post-wedding beach holiday (I haven’t worn one since we had our bub who’s just older than Leo) 3.5 months on your program has brought me amazing results and the best part was no starving myself or overtraining like I would have probably done in the past). Thank you SO much for your inspiration and motivation on a daily basis as a mum as well as with health and fitness.

So proud of this fit healthy mum who has been a member of my community for a few months now. She is 10 months post C section here and had really bad abdominal separation when she joined my program. She was so diligent with the program and working on the Physio exercises that I prescribe for all of the mums who are post partum. She has only just resumed core work now..and look at her mid section

This just proves that you can transform your body with good nutrition and effective training post baby without doing any further damage & rehabbing your body properly

I couldn’t wait to the last week so I did a check in with myself after 3 weeks, I took a photo and did my measurements again and man, I am so excited with just seeing it in black and white. I have lost 2kgs but most importantly I am shrinking!! I have lost 4cm in my waist, 3cm in my hips, 2cm in my butt, 3cm in my thighs and 0.5cm in my biceps. We have our first wedding anniversary tomorrow and I have the same measurements I did when I walked down the isle – (but funnily I’m 3kg heavier. Goes to show the scales aren’t always right). I have my favourite pair of jeans that I have kept in the back of the wardrobe and haven’t worn for a year and I cautiously slipped them on today and they fitted! I can’t wait for the next 3 weeks to see what other gains and loses I can achieve.

I have attached some photos (had to cut my head off as I look dreadful with no make up) The week 1 photo was taken at very start but was after training 2x a week with weights for 3 months with 40 min cardio after each session but I wasn’t getting any results. The extra 2 days and focused muscle group and interval 20 minute cardio has made a huge difference. Thank you so much Justine – this programme came into my life at the right time and I am so thankful to you. My confidence and sparkle was dulling and now I feel amazing!!

After 5 1/2 weeks on Justine’s Fit, Healthy and Strong program I am feeling amazing. Exercising less than I ever have before but much more efficiently. Enjoying eating good quality real food with no calorie counting. I never thought that at 4 1/2 months after having a baby I’d be looking and feeling this good. I also have one very healthy exclusively breast fed baby so this program has not had any impact whatsoever on my milk supply. I’ve lost 3kg, lost 6cm from waist and 4.5cm from hips. I’m now below my pre pregnancy weight!

The food program is great as it’s not a structured ‘eat this for every meal’ program but rather one that gives you principles to follow and work with which I love.

I’m looking forward to relaxing a little bit over Christmas and planning to do the 6 week exercise program again from 1st Jan, now that I am back to pre baby weight my focus is on continuing to increase strength and improve muscle definition and to keep working on getting my tummy back (still a little way to go).

Thanks Justine for an amazing program, the video library of exercises is fantastic and the facebook support group is a great initiative.
