I’d tried every “diet” there was to try and lose weight. Weight Watchers to Lemon Detox to no carbs, all with unsustainable results, me feeling deprived and inadequate nutrition. I’d followed Juzzy on Facebook for awhile and decided to train with her as liked her down to earth and “no diet” approach. I no longer was a slave to the scales or counting calories. She taught me how to eat clean foods and train at a level that would get the results I was after. I was allowed weekly treat meals as well, so never felt like I was deprived of anything. In 12 months I’d dropped from a 12-14 to a size 10 and had the confidence (with her encouragement) to do a photo shoot. I am happier and confident in my own body than I ever have been and I’m 45 this year.
