I’m 4 months postpartum and I’m currently 3 kg away from my pre-pregnancy weight. ???? ????????

Considering I gained 22kg during my pregnancy, I’m thrilled!!! I couldn’t of done it without your fit & healthy mums eating program! Though I haven’t been doing the training (I go to gym 2x/week instead and walk most days) I have been following your eating program on and off (mostly on!). Not only have I lost weight, I feel energized, I’m regular and I never feel hungry. Plus, I love all the meals in your program – and so does hubby – and I find the meals are pretty easy to prepare, which is awesome for us busy mums. I’m going to keep going until I reach my pre-preg weight…will keep you posted!
