If you are post baby and think that you may have abdominal separation then your best bet is to start on my postnatal program and do the physio work to close your separation. I have helped so many mums rehab their bodies back to a place where they can resume normal training and have also lost their mummy pouch in the process. The lower belly ‘mummy pouch’ as it is called, generally hangs around when your abdominal separation has been left and you are left with an extremely weak core. This can bring about more issues such as a hernia, lower back pain etc so it is crucial to get onto it before things can get worse!
