Kylie the Physio
Kylie is “the fitness physiotherapist”- all things movement and exercise from Crossfit to salsa dancing to AFL and everything in between! You can find her at her clinical pilates studio and physio practice, Lifecare Prahran Market Pilates in South Yarra.
She completed a post graduate in pelvic floor rehabilitation in 2007 and leads workshops for other exercise and movement professionals in the role of the pelvic floor in movement and how to care for the pre and post natal body.
Many women miss out on vital information on how to care for their bodies both pre, during and post pregnancy- Kylie is passionate about mums making informed choices about how they use their bodies over this time to get the best results!
Steph the Nutritionist
The Natural Nutritionist – Steph Lowe BSpExSc GDipHumNutr NSA.
Steph Lowe is a Melbourne based Sports Nutritionist with degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Human Nutrition. Steph specialises in gluten free and refined sugar free food, fuelling and real food education.
Steph is passionate about helping Mums with their nutrition, as she understands exactly how much real food can improve you and your family’s quality of life. She believes that with a little investment of time, eating well can be simple, affordable and enjoyable!
Outside of food, you will find Steph swimming, riding or running as she competes as an age-group triathlete. She is now in training for her third half Ironman – Sunshine Coast 70.3 on September 14th, 2014.
