These days it’s so hard for our bodies to actually absorb all of the nutrients that we are eating, therefore we aren’t living at an optimal level, even if we think we are.
Whatever your current reason for starting to eat healthier foods is, it’s important to know the factors that affect our bodies’ ability to absorb the nutrients we need.
Shockingly, many of the factors that impede absorption include things we do or consume on a daily basis. The result? We’re not running on all cylinders, and our metabolisms are attempting to operate in a chronically impaired state.
Factors that hinder absorption are:
– Chronic stress.
– Low fat diets.
– Ageing process.
– Alcohol intake.
If you suffer from stress, bloating, digestive issues, fatigue, chances are you’re body isn’t absorbing the nutrients that you are feeding it.

For the past 6 months I have been taking some products to help me not only absorb nutrients better, but to help me with my overall health and wellbeing. One of those factors being inflammation, these days inflammation is one of the biggest reasons people get sick. Our bodies are constantly inflamed from all of the stress we put our bodies under, even exercise is a stress!
I am sleeping better, I have more energy throughout the day to get through my daily grind, I am less bloated and have better digestive health. The best thing for me as an athlete, is my training output is THROUGH the roof!! When I am on the bike and in the gym I feel like I am 1000 times stronger and fitter than I used to be. Not only that, I recover so much quicker! 👌🏼💪🏼
